Featuring works by Britten, Bizet, Mendelssohn“From Britten’s enchanting and dark world of ‘On this Island”, to the lament of an abandoned lover in Bizet’s ‘Adieux de l'hôtesse arabe’, Soprano Leah Redmond and pianist Rebecca Warren present their recital ‘Time and Tide’. Featuring works by Duparc, Mendelssohn, excerpts from Donizetti’s Lucia Di Lammermoor, and a sprinkling of other operatic favourites. Join us on our voyage; where “Time and Tide Wait For No Man”.
